Yogurt Chocolate Protein Milkshake

  • 3 cups frozen yogurt
  • 2 cups skim milk or hemp milk if available
  • 2 scoops RP Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup ice

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add milk as needed to unthicken


Chris’ Simple Protein Shake

  • 8 oz Hemp, Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 8 oz Water (or 4 oz water, 4 oz ice cubes)
  • 3 scoops Ryno Power Protein

Mix in a shaker cup or blender if desired, to blend ice! Enjoy!
